A unique opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Executive within one of the top mid-sized Creative Agencies in Manchester offering Digital, Design, Video and Events Services.
You will be working in a tight-knit, talented and very successful Business Development team, learning and developing from them on a daily basis.
You will be making high quality outbound calls to a target list of blue-chip clients in order to build an initial relationship between them and the agency.
You will be researching and utilising market intelligence to enable you to have a quality conversation with key decision makers about their business and their business objectives, and how the agencys services could potentially align with this.
Getting that initial foot in the door and an appointment made is your key objective.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
You will have a great track record in sales and in exceeding targets in a delivery-focused environment.
You will be friendly, driven and a real people person who is passionate about the Creative Services world.
Salary is 22,000 – 25,000 + bonuses when you make a successful appointment with a prospective client + uncapped commission on closed deals.

The earning potential is fantastic and there is plenty of upwards mobility in the team to allow you to move quickly into a BDM role if you perform well which would lead to you working on pitches, meeting the clients and so on.
