This established design and communications agency have two offices in the UK and an enviable list of clients based around the globe.
They are currently seeking an Operations Manager to be based in their Sheffield Head office. In this senior level position you’ll be responsible for a number of key elements which are crucial in the smooth running of the agency. Your duties will be various but will include:
-Monitoring profitability and implementing any changes you think necessary to improve this.
-Making a contribution to client projects in a strategic capacity.
-Taking responsibility for a internal systems and processes and improve these as necessary.
-Forging and maintain relationships with external suppliers.
-Managing client project delivery processes across both the Yorkshire and London offices.
To be suitable, you’ll need a considerable amount of agency experience under your belt, ideally within an operational capacity. You’ll be knowledgeable enough to understand what makes an agency tick and sharp enough to be able to know how things can be improved.
