​An exciting opportunity has become available here at Venn Digital, for a company secretary/administrator to contribute to the smooth running of the day to day tasks whilst working in a fun environment! The candidate must be a motivated, enthusiastic, hardworking individual that is happy to work within a team. The main responsibility you will have is to assist the Managing Director with his meetings, travel arrangements (both UK and abroad) and any other ad hoc duties.

Tasks will include:

• Answering telephone calls & email enquiries for the business
• Greeting clients and
• Creating and maintaining filing systems
• Managing diaries
• Scheduling and attending meetings to take minutes
• Assisting the MD and other heads of department with administration tasks

You will need to have:

• Good attention to detail
• Excellent organisation skills
• Good at juggling tasks and prioritising
• A great team player
• Ability to work on your own Initiative
• Strong communication skills
• Microsoft word and excel
