A fantastic opportunity has arisen within one of Manchester’s award winning branding and digital agencies for an account manager.
You must be a complete digital enthusiast as the majority of the time you will be working closely with the digital team and across a diverse range of clients. You must also have an understanding of, or desire to learn about branding, as well as come from a solid agency background.
– Developing and creating relationships with clients.
– Maintaining regular communication with clients.
– Understanding and communicating briefs for both digital and branding projects (predominantly digital).
– Keeping on top of new enquiries and identifying new business opportunities.
– Upselling when relevant to existing clients.
– Contributing towards campaign strategies.
– Writing proposals and delivering pitches.
