They also consistently win a wide variety of exciting new clients to add to their impressive portfolio. There’s a great mix across a variety of sectors.

The work-load is hugely diverse across Graphic Design, Interactive Exhibition Design, Brochure Design, Web Design and Development (they have a Digital production team covering both front and back end), E-commerce solutions, Digital Marketing, Video (they have a specialist video team in-house), Brand Development, Advertising and Marketing Campaigns.

They’ve experienced year on year growth for the last ten years (including throughout the recession) and last year they hit a very impressive 51% growth on the previous year.

They are 30+ strong and have grown organically with key studio members taking client services responsibilities in the past and working closely with clients. They have now grown to the point where the CSD and AD are looking to expand the Account Management focus with another Senior member of the team, hence this role. They now have bigger clients, a bigger volume of large clients and bigger integrated campaigns – so they need individuals with exceptional strategic oversight from an account management perspective who can dedicate all of their time to client relationships, strategy and identifying new opportunities for projects and cross-selling within existing revenue streams and brand new accounts.

Salary is circa anywhere from 28,000 – 35,000 dependent on the individual, plus profit related bonuses, a variety of other benefits and company trips away.
