We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our client services team and our family. Being the ‘go to person’ on a client, internally and externally, you’ll be responsible for the management of jobs day-to-day to ensure momentum and results for clients and the team alike.
Someone with experience in delivering integrated campaigns across traditional and online media is important and TV & press creative would be advantageous, but not essential.
• Work with all departments to ensure smooth running of client projects
• Be more knowledgeable than anyone else on details of a client and its jobs
• Accurate and timely updates to clients and internal team
• Follow internal and client approval procedures
• Delegate effectively to executives
• Maintain and track client work and history
• Look for opportunities to be innovative with integration

There are 200 of us across five offices: Leeds, London, Edinburgh, Gibraltar and Sydney – Leeds is HQ and where this role will be based full-time.

Our work is integrated so you’ll learn how to apply your specialty to work in tandem with TV, dovetail with design or even apply it to an app.
