This is your opportunity to join More Media Sales, who are seeking an Account Exec or Account Manager to represent AdMaxim, one of the most dynamic and innovative companies operating in the world’s fastest growing media channel.

More Media Sales are looking for a highly motivated, personable Account Exec or Account Manager who is knowledgeable and passionate about the mobile and media marketplace and keen to inspire agency partners.

You will be a goal orientated individual keen to drive business growth in a competitive marketplace, whilst working within a closely-knit team, MMS are looking for strong team players.

You will have a designated media, mobile and digital agency territory to develop and therefore have a willingness to travel. You will be key in maintaining and enhancing business relationships to drive profitable revenues.

Responsibilities include:

• Deliver revenue against set monthly targets and report on sales performance via Salesforce CRM system and Senior Account Manager / Regional Director

• Meet on a regular basis with key account holders in agencies to identify revenue streams and potential future business opportunities.

• Be the main point of contact for agency partners. This will include delivering a full end-to-end service solution, delivering against SLAs and ensuring optimum levels of customer service are adhered to at all times

• Maintaining an active sales pipeline at all times to deliver visibility on all business opportunities

• Learn and develop understanding of a variety of tools used within the business. This includes the AdMaxim UI and Basecamp

• Work alongside AdMaxim’s Senior Account Manager and Regional Director to develop agency and brand strategies

• Develop a strong working relationship with all departments within AdMaxim to ensure that the company deliver the best results for their agency partners

• Keeping abreast of all the latest developments within the mobile, digital and media landscape

Experience must include:

• Previous digital media experience at an agency or publisher ideal.
• Past sales experience / sales account management an advantage.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Confident, self-motivated and results orientated

Experience of representing at award shows and other events
