This is a fantastic opportunity to join the team at Clear Marketing and make a big impact. The position is to work on one of the UK’s leading, premium housebuilder accounts. This client has recently acquired another housebuilder so the agency’s workload has increased significantly, hence the need to expand the account handling team.
You will work on the team with two Senior Account Managers and the Account Director. You will be expected to roll your sleeves up and work on all aspects of the account, with a focus on press, email and digital activity.
This is a great account to work on with a fantastic product so we expect you to bring energy, enthusiasm and opinion.
We’re looking for someone who is confident in their ability and not afraid to ask questions. You must be driven and proactive and we will encourage you to develop your own skills whilst working as part of our team.
We need someone with spark who has a real interest in brands and how to understand them.
You will need to be extremely organised and thorough with a very strong eye for detail. The new member of the team will need to have strong verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, have the ability to multi-task and re-prioritise tasks as well as have the ability to work under pressure.
Being a daily contact for the client on the phone and attending various client meetings.
Documenting minutes from attended meetings and writing contact reports.
Following weekly media schedules to ensure all deadlines are met.
Working with the team, creative and studio to ensure all briefs are delivered on time.
Proofing and copy checking.
Reporting to the team regularly on the status of the client
Sending out weekly status reports to clients on live jobs
Striving to maintain fantastic client service and quality of work
Understanding budget management
