As a result of rapid growth and the successes we have achieved within our market sector, we are recruiting driven Account Managers to join our vibrant team based in Hooton, Cheshire.
As an Account Manager you will work with new and existing client accounts to ensure that we deliver the highest level of service and maximise all potential business. You will be responsible for a portfolio of approximately 10-15 existing clients based across all industries.
In addition you will maintain regular contact with clients and review their account performance weekly and monthly to ensure that it meets client objectives and expectations.
You will renegotiate and renew contracts on an ongoing basis whilst successfully identifying opportunities for further account growth and development. You will need to understand and interpret client data in a clear and commercial manner whilst ensuring that account work is carried out in all services that the client is contracted for.
You will create contracts, proposals and marketing literature, whilst checking all client workflow via our Pivotal recording system. Through effective internal communication with the delivery team you will ensure workflow is effectively delivered and placed in line with the agreed quarterly client strategy
You will attend client meetings and pro-actively anticipate client’s expectations regarding account performance before attending the meeting. As part of the role you will collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective preparation for all meetings.
Your main goal is to retain and grow clients by fulfilling all aspects of the role and being pro-active in the identification and resolution of client issues.
