My client a print management agency is looking for an Account Manager to work on their client`s site, whilst being part of their Client Services Team. The main purpose of the role is to provide account management support across a multi-disciplined range of services including creative, packaging, point of sale and marketing collateral, with responsibility for managing customer relationships, project & campaign management and act as the key interface between the agency and production site.
The role is based on their client`s site at Handforth, Manchester, with a minimum of 1 day per week at the agency`s site in Birmingham.
You will be responsible for ensuring all customer requirements are effectively managed and communicated including project briefing, project budget management, customer presentation and project coordination and will provide direct support to the customer teams in obtaining and verifying project data and requirements in order to brief the agency`s production team. You will also influence the development and strategic management of the clients account, providing insight and guidance to agency`s key functional stakeholders to ensure superior levels of customer satisfaction at all times.
