We’re ideally looking for someone who has prior Agency experience, or relevant experience in a similar marketing position – this role will see you work with clients across the Pharmaceutical sector, although prior knowledge of this industry isn’t essential. What’s important is that you’re enthusiastic to learn about the industry and can draw on your existing experience to help deliver results and exceptional service to your clients.
On a day to day basis, you’ll work as part of a team to take and interpret client briefs; you will then work to implement the campaign and gain measurable results using which ever medium is most appropriate for the objectives. Due to the nature of the work that we do, much of this will be digital communications – including websites, mobile and iPad applications. This is a supportive role and you’ll work with senior team members, constantly developing and adding to your experience and skill set. Tasks that you are likely to encounter include establishing client relationships, attending meetings and telephone conferences, establishing budgets, developing creative briefs and liaising with internal production teams.
The successful candidate will:
• Ideally have previous agency experience, or experience in a relevant marketing role
• Display very strong organisational and time management skills
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
• Be professional, approachable and confident in communicating with all levels of seniority
• Be able to demonstrate instances where they have worked in a team
• Be a proactive person with a creative nature who possess a keen eye for detail
