Our Head Office is in the centre of Manchester, and it is in this office that we have an opportunity for an experienced Account Director to join us.
This role will see you work with clients across the Pharmaceutical sector, although prior experience in this industry isn’t essential – what’s important is that you can draw on your previous Agency experience in order to lead a team to deliver results and exceptional service levels to your clients. This role will combine strategy development and tactical delivery; we have a culture of being hands on and taking ownership and responsibility as part of a team.
We are looking for a skilled relationship developer who appreciates that the key to achieving long term success with an account; is the consistently strong delivery of a wide range of activities. Therefore, we will ask you to work with clients on the development of overarching strategic goals and objectives, to set measurable KPIs and then manage delivery of the associated projects.
Our multidisciplinary teams will help. You can expect to work with experienced Planners, dedicated Client Services professionals, scientifically brilliant Medical Writers, talented Creatives and technical Developers. We ask you to direct the development and utilisation of project teams in an efficient, effective way – not forgetting to ensure that yourself and the team are engaged, motivated and having fun!
As well as a proven track record in a similar role, your soft skills are also important. While we’re a big agency, we’re structured around close knit teams, so your personality is key too. You’ll work with Directors of the business, as well as mentoring more junior team members to progress their development.
