We’re looking for a talented and ambitious Account Director to join our shopping loving agency.
Working on a range of national & international brands you’ll support our senior teams on the development of their clients businesses.
You’ll want to take your career to the next level and be part of the creation of really exciting agency proposition.
You’ll either be a senior account manger looking to take the step up or an existing Account Director who wants to further develop their strategic and leadership skills.
The purpose of your role is:
• To develop excellent working relationships with clients and colleagues and co-ordinate the delivery of projects to the highest quality, on time and within budget.
• To influence strategic approach and lead proposal and pitch presentation to develop the Agency’s business.
• To be an authority on retail & integrated marketing.
Your experience & skills
• Experienced in integrated advertising (inc social & digital activity) – preferably with retail clients
• Proven track record in Account Management & Development and the winning of new business
• Strategic approach to communication development
• Proficient at adding significant value to new business pitch preparations
• Experienced negotiator and communicator of the value of design.
• Ability to build effective working relationships and inspire your colleagues.
• Ability to produce forecasts and ensure they are achieved
• Confident leader under pressure
• A creative and strategic team player
