DS.Emotion has acquired London-based property and place marketing specialist HC Advertising.

HC was established four years ago by Laura Carroll, who will now become managing director of DS.Emotion’s London operation, which will now move to new studios in Victoria.

HC has worked with the likes of Land Securities, Lambert Smith Hampton and DTZ.

Carroll said: “Becoming part of DS.Emotion is an exciting and natural progression for me to fulfil my ambitions of delivering class leading brand, placemaking and property marketing.”

DS.Emotion, which was established 24 years ago, also has a studio in Manchester and has delivered campaigns for destinations including Trinity Leeds, Carnaby Street London, Portman Village London, Media City and Silverstone.

Key clients include Grainger Plc, CBRE, Land Securities, Muse, Berkeley and Moda Living.
