Claire Robinson has been appointed as an account director at Manchester-based PR agency Down at the Social.

She previously worked on high-profile accounts including Mondelēz International, Krispy Kreme UK and Merlin Entertainments.

Her roles will include team development and training along with growth of the consultancy’s destination and food and drink divisions.

Down at the Social was formed in November 2010 and specialises in traditional and digital PR, as well as marketing, social media, event management and crisis communications.

The company is based at MediaCityUK in Manchester.
