intu, the owner of the Trafford Centre and Metrocentre, has appointed Frame Group as its retained creative agency.

Glasgow-based Frame had already been contracted to the Group for design work and now takes overall responsibility for projecting “a single unified voice” across the 15 branded centres.

“Having worked with intu over the past two years we’ve really enjoyed being a part of the team. We’re absolutely delighted to be appointed as the single agency responsible for intu’s national campaigns,” said Gary O’Donnell, managing director of Frame Group.

Earlier this month, intu partnered with Manchester’s Join the Dots to set up an online market research community to get a better understanding of their customers.

Frame is a company that understands the importance our brand has in this relationship with our key audiences,” added Trevor Pereira, commercial & digital director of intu.
