We’re pleased to announce the return of our ground-breaking initiative, The Prolific North Top 50 Integrated Agencies.
Due for publication in the week commencing November 17th, the 2014 ranking will again provide the definitive guide to the North’s leading integrated agencies, spanning a wide range of advertising, marketing and creative consultancies.
Last year’s Top 50 has proven to be one of the best-read posts on the site, and its popularity and influence is proven by Google returning it as one of the top search results for the terms “integrated agency”, “integrated agency Manchester” and “integrated agency Leeds”. It also led to a highly popular follow-up event.
McCann Manchester topped the list, but there was an excellent showing from Yorkshire agencies with Jaywing, Home and Gratterpalm all making the top five.
The Top 50 Integrated Agencies 2014 will be the latest in our popular series of sector Top 50s, following the recent Prolific North Top 50 PR Agencies – now in its second year – and the Prolific North Top 50 Digital Agencies.
Google has agreed to come on board as a partner for this initiative, and Better Placed is again sponsoring.
And Mustard Research is once again partnering with Prolific North to create the compilation and ensure the process is rigorous and the results entirely independent.
As with our other Top 50 rankings, the Prolific North Top 50 Integrated Agencies 2014 will be predicated largely by financials – balance sheet value, turnover and growth (both volunteered from the agencies themselves as well as sourced online). It will also feature other key bits of information and barometers of greatness and success, such as headcount and key client wins.
Jo Iaconianni, at Mustard, will be emailing over 100 agencies in the next few days with the information that we have already compiled, before we start whittling the list down to 50.
