ITV Commercial has launched a new online advertising formatting system aimed at SMEs or regional businesses that have not advertised on television before.
Ad Show will allow brands to create cost-effective Video On Demand (VOD) adverts and offers three templates that advertisers can customise. Advertisers will also be able to target campaigns by region.
Jon Block, ITV’s head of commercial innovation, said: “We are delighted to be launching this new innovative format for VoD adverts and welcome a number of non-traditional TV brands and local businesses to ITV.
“Using Ad Show, we are now able to offer a wide range of brands the opportunity to make their adverts relevant to our audiences in a new, modern, relevant and cost-effective way.”
Among the brands to have signed up already are Cheshire-based furniture retailer Arighi Bianchi and Yorkshire-headquartered social housing company Keepmoat.
