K2L Marketing has appointed Giovanni di Cosmo as its new head of online marketing.

di Cosmo joins from I-Com, where he was an account manager, prior to that he was PPC and affiliate manager at PushON.

“Gio has a hands-on background in PPC, SEO, affiliate management and has been key in the strategic management of the digital activities of a number of high-profile clients. Combined with previous experience as an account manager, he brings the perfect combination of client and agency skills to the role,” said Lynda Lane, K2L director.

“We’re looking to grow the digital side of the business and expect Gio to play a pivotal role in this growth. His enthusiasm and ambition is contagious and we’re sure he’ll be a valuable asset.”

He will be in charge of digital strategy for existing clients at the Salford Quays agency as well as helping grow its client base.
