The agency was appointed by the London-headquartered company earlier this year.
The site’s development was based on the findings of a focus group using over 100 of its end users.
Together with a brand new look, various new sections have been created including Q&As, local area guides and static and 360-degree imagery of all residences. It’s also optimised for mobile devices and is equipped with a live chat facility.
Nick Wright, strategy director at the Manchester-based agency, said: “This has been a great project to work on alongside The Student Housing Company team. They needed a user experience focused and engaging site that had a strong visual appeal due to the target audience.
“We feel we’ve achieved that balance, along with a reliable booking experience for students, universities, parents and investors.”
The agency has previous experience in the housing sector with Equity Housing Group.
