Beattie Communications has expanded its senior team in Leeds with the appointment of Rachel Gladwin as associate director.
Gladwin moves from Brass, where she headed up its PR division working for a diverse range of clients including the BBC, Kellogg’s and The Peel Group.
Before that she was an account director at Birmingham agency Haslimann Taylor.
Her new role will give her responsibility for providing senior client consultancy as well as expanding the existing client portfolio across all sectors.
Laurna Woods, group managing director, said: “We are delighted to welcome Rachel to Beattie Communications. She is passionate about campaigns that connect with audiences and drive engagement and dialogue both on and offline.
“Rachel’s integrated approach and strategic, cross-channel thinking makes her a perfect fit for the services we are building for our clients.”
Beattie, which has eight UK offices including Leeds and Manchester, works with clients including Specsavers, easyJet and Land Securities. Its Leeds team has recently landed campaigns for the Federation of Small Businesses and Hawes and Curtis.
