Huddersfield Town Football Club has retained market research company Ask Insight to handle two new research projects for the club.
Last season Ask created and managed an an online fan engagement survey which aimed to explore ‘various facets of the HTFC fan experience’ and also interviewed a number of the club’s business partners.
The two new projects will see Ask building upon its earlier work with the research consultancy now planning two separate surveys examining why lapsed club partners are no longer commercially engaging with the club.
Secondly, as part of a broader commercial strategy, Ask will be asking local businesses in Huddersfield and across West Yorkshire why they have never engaged with the club.
Huddersfield Town commercial director Sean Jarvis said: “Ask conducted some very important and insightful research for us last season, the data of which has helped us improve our offering to the fans.
“Now, building on last year’s success , we are looking forward to another fruitful year during which we hope to better understand our business offering and business within the local community.”
Ask Insight was established in 1997 and employs four full time staff in addition to a number of freelancers and affiliates.
