Manchester United has agreed a regional partnership with leading Thailand telecommunications company True Corporation Plc.
The three-year deal will see the TrueMove H become United’s offical mobile partner in Thailand and TrueVisions will become the official MUTV broadcaster in the country.
True will also become an official associate match sponsor for the Bangkok leg of the club’s pre-season tour.
Manchester United group managing director, Richard Arnold, said: “Since forming in 1990 [True] has continued to grow with the fast-paced telecommunications industry to become one of the best in its territory, proudly being the first to embrace many new technologies.
“Our new partnership is set to follow suit and provide our 20 million loyal and passionate Thai followers with exclusive content and footage, bringing them closer to the club they love.”
Established in 1990, True Corporation now has over 27 million customers.
