“The 10 Associates team spent two months getting under the skin of Appliances Online and the overwhelming conclusion was that it is the retailer’s people that have made it a success, with their unwavering commitment to delivering great customer service,” said Jill Peel, creative director of 10 Associates.
“We created a brand that visually demonstrates this commitment to the customer and emulates the business and all that is good about it. The new brand marque is confident, charismatic, iconic and fun.”
The agency, which is based in Mirfield, West Yorkshire, ran a series of workshops for all staff to make sure that everyone was on board with the changes.
“The simplest designs make for easily identifiable branding on any platform, creating a universally recognisable brand marque,” continued Peel.
“This new branding will help catapult it into the public consciousness and create a brand that people want to know, be part of and share.”
The firm has now commissioned BMB to create a television campaign.
