Chief executive Alex Craven said that income had reached £2.4m on the back of continuing work from existing clients a ‘flurry’ of high profile wins including LA Fitness, Infosys and Anglian Home Improvements.

The agency has also launched a real time social planning tool for brands called Whisper, which Bloom claims is already attracting interest from several major brands.

Craven said: “We put big data driven insight at the heart of our business model and built an integrated agency around it. This change in direction has driven some significant wins for us as we become the agency of record for well known brands.

“As real time, content driven campaigns continue to grow in importance for brands, we believe we are well positioned for growth over the next two years.”

Last November the agency added nine new staff  and this year new hires include Kate Standen as head of client service, Jim Moran as account director, Rebecca Edwards overseeing the agency’s marketing operations and brand and Dave Wilding as senior SEO consultant.
