McCann Manchester has won a competitive pitch to handle the brand strategy and creative for women’s wear brand, Marisota.

It’s the second brand within the JD Williams’ group to bring in McCann Manchester, following its appointment last Autumn by Jacamo.

“We’re thrilled to work with another great JD Williams brand. It is such a brilliant business and we are really looking forward to reinvigorating the brand with the Marisota team,” said Marcus Hadfield, group director at McCann Manchester.

The brand caters for larger size clothes for women in their 30s and 40s. Mcann’s first role will be to help refine its positioning.

“We’re really excited about working with McCann. The team demonstrated real insight and understanding of the brand along with a genuine passion to help drive it forward,” added Caroline Evans, brand manager for Marisota.
